Frequently asked

What is sugaring and how is it different from waxing?
Sugaring uses a 100% natural paste made of sugar, lemon, and water. Unlike wax, it only adheres to hair — not skin — making it much gentler. It also removes hair in the direction of growth, reducing breakage and ingrown hairs significantly.
How do custom press-on nails work?
We take your nail measurements (or a nail sizing kit is mailed to you), hand-craft a set in your chosen design, and ship them ready to apply. They fit your exact nail shape and last 1–3 weeks with proper care.
How long should my hair be before sugaring?
Ideally 1/4 inch (about 2–3 weeks of growth after shaving). Shorter hair can sometimes still be removed with sugaring, but longer is always better for your first appointment.
Do you offer nail services for events and bridal parties?
Absolutely! We love doing bridal and event bookings. Send us a message with your event date and group size and we'll create a custom package for you.
Is sugaring safe for sensitive skin?
Yes — sugaring is actually one of the best hair removal methods for sensitive skin. With no synthetic chemicals or resins, it rarely causes the irritation that traditional wax does. Always mention any skin conditions at booking.
What are your booking and cancellation policies?
Appointments are confirmed upon booking. We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. Thank you for respecting our time!
